I was unable to connect to the internet at home with my laptop. I called and was happy to find that they cuold send me a "geek" out the next morning. Jack came out, on time, and was able to fix the problem. He was very professional and took care of the wireless issue in less than an hour. Turns out someone had changed something with the router. I also told Jack about issues I had with my laptop with it being slow. He did some quick clean up and gave me some tips to help it with the future. All in all Jack did a great job. He took care of the problem quickly and professionally and even helped me with issues I didn't even call about. Great job!

These guys were great. They had no problem answering my many questions. The work was done quickly and they made sure to call me and keep me up to date. Much better than going to a big store where I would be just another number.
